What you send us
The quote form on this website is submitted to KinForth through ServiceM8. When you send it, the contact details, property information, job description and any photo you attach go to KinForth via ServiceM8. You can also open ServiceM8's own form from the quote page. Please read the privacy notice shown there as well.
How we use it
We use these details to respond, assess whether we can help, arrange a quote and manage your request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Referrals and partnerships
Please only submit your own contact details. If you are referring someone, share the website with them so they can contact us directly. They can mention your name in their job description. Avoid putting sensitive information in the message.
Partnership enquiries can be sent to hello@kinforth.com.au using the email link on this website. We use those details to respond to your enquiry.
Earlier website enquiries
Any enquiries submitted using the earlier website form remain stored with our website hosting provider.
Analytics
When a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured, KinForth can use it to understand which pages are visited and whether people use the phone number, quote buttons or social links. Google Analytics loads only after you choose "Allow analytics" on the banner, and it is not loaded at all while no measurement ID is set.
If you allow it, Google may set cookies and receive technical details such as your browser, the pages you view, and an IP address. You can refuse the banner, clear the choice in your browser by removing this site's stored data, or use your browser's own controls. Refusing Google Analytics does not affect an enquiry.
KinForth can also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. It records page views and general technical details, such as the browser, the referring site and an approximate location, so we can see how the site is used. The beacon loads only when a token is set in the site, or when Web Analytics is turned on for the Cloudflare Pages project. It does not wait for the analytics banner, because it does not set a cookie.
